The Company has a policy to pay dividend of not less than 30.0 (Thirty) percent of net profit reported in the consolidated financial statements but not exceeding the retained earnings reported in the separate financial statements after corporate income tax and all reserves required by law and the company regulation.

Such dividend payment may be changed upon other factors the Board of Directors considers necessary and appropriate, for instances, the performance, liquidity, cash flow, financial position, working capital for business management and expansion, economic condition and other necessities in the future.

Payout of dividend must be approved by the shareholders’ meeting except the interim dividend which may be approved by the Board of Directors from time to time if the Company’s profit deems sufficient to do so and such dividend payment shall be reported in the next shareholders’ meeting. The Group has 33 branches in operation which are divided into area large 23 branches and 9 small branches Dohome ToGo and 1 distribution Center. For maps and addresses of each branch has been shown on the page Dohome Branch

The company has a plan to expand a large branch to complete 36 branches by 2025 and has a plan to expand branches continuously. To cover various provinces with potential and able to reach more customers.

The company focuses on offering building materials products and home decoration accessories, complete, variety, good quality, cheap price and provide related services. The company has a comprehensive distribution center for building materials and home decoration with a One-stop Home Products Destination.

Currently, the Company has the following business characteristics.

1. Retail, wholesale business, products under the brand of the Company’s group (House Brand) and product under other brands (Non-house Brand), which can be divided into 3 types of product groups as follows:
   1. Construction material group example list of products: Steel sections, steel bars, paints and chemicals, cornice wood, cement, stainless steel, wire and other infrastructure products.
   2. Repair material group Example list of products: Hardware, tools agriculture, gardening-plumbing equipment, flooring material-wall, electrical equipment, knobs-hinges, water pump, sanitary equipment, kitchenware-sink, sanitary ware, door-window and etc.
   3. Decoration material group Example list of products: Electrical appliances, furniture, home appliances, stationery, lamps, consumer goods, bedding, gift shops and home decorations
